My name is Sandi and I live in Deep South TX. Go west or south you're in Mexico. East is the Gulf. North is the entire state of Texas. The weather is referred to as "subtropical". I have a rooster and five lovely ladies. They have been giving us 4-5 eggs a day. For the past 3 days I have collected 2 eggs. We have had evening thunderstorms. They share their 20x20 pen with two mini goats. Why the sudden drop in egg production?

Lots of things affect egg production. 5 hens to one rooster...
Are your hens molting? Thats not a great ratio, but it does depend slightly on the rooster...

Well, are your hens missing head feathers and feathers on the wings? Do you have standard birds or bantams?

Do you free range? What is their age and breed?
I have standard birds, 4 RIR/Leghorn and one speckled hen. The rooster is a leghorn mix. Everyone seems to have their feathers. They're about 9 months. They have a 20x20 pen with a shelter, nesting boxes and a place to roost. They have daily access to a 30x30 yard.

No missing feathers that I can see. My rooster is a leghorn mix and I have 4 RIR/Leghorn hens and one speckled hen that are 8 months old. Speck has been in her nesting box a lot the past few days but there are no eggs.
They have an 8x8 shelter with nesting boxes and a place to roost. This is in the middle of a 20x20 (6' hurricane fence) pen. Every day I let them out into a 30x30 patch of yard.
The goats: Libby is less than 3' at the shoulder and a year old. She's pretty chill. Linus is 5 months, 18" at the shoulder and a rowdy little pill.
I have not found a single eggshell...
I am feeding them scratch, oatmeal, and there is plenty of hay, along with their time in the yard.
