where buy quail chicks?

I'm in the Grant County area and I just need one baby quail. Does anybody know where I can get quail in Moses Lake, Ephrata, or Quincy WA? I looked on craigslist and I haven't had any luck. As soon as possible because I want to introduce him to the others as soon as possible. A week of age would be preferable. Thanks
