Yes, it's safe for chickens. I used it all winter in the coop they share with 2 ducks and it works great at helping to keep everything dry.

How much is the Stall Dry? I found the DE , but on ebay.. not a bad price but it was $55.00 to my door. I assume the Stall dry has got to be way cheaper.. Kim

Way Cheaper, if I recall correctly it's $9.99 for a 26lb bag.

Is Stall-Dry "food grade"? I couldn't find anything about it on the bag.
