Where can I get a friend for a lonely duck??

Hey All,

I live in Chester County Pa, and had two ducks that I got as ducklings just before Easter.
Well, the fox got in and killed one of them, and now the other is very lonely. I have four other chickens that she hangs out with, but nobody to go in the pond with.

Anybody know the best way to get another duck this time in the season? I checked craigslist for folks who got a duck for the kids at Easter and realized they grow up. Unfortunately, all I found was duck decoys and stuff like that.

Any ideas?

e fowl.com they ship within 3days 3day old ducks or duck rescue, they are not meant to be solo. Best

I had a similar occurrence happen, Mirrors help until you can get another duck. the dollar store has cheap hard to break mirrors you can hang one or two around the pen by the pool or feed. Mine would talk to the mirror duck all the time.

Petfinder.com has ducks as well.
