I'm glad you asked the question. I want to know, too. I am psyched from this current experience. I think I'd like to try to order 50 for late summer delivery, grow them out in Sept and Oct in the nice cooler fall Michigan weather. Have a nice stash of chicken in the freezer going into the winter.
I heard a report on NPR at lunch time about how AWFUL the drought is in Texas, OK, and how its going to really make food prices rocket next winter. Seems like good timing to have some meat in the freezer.
