Where can I order 4 Chicks?

I am looking at both the website for McMurray and their new catalog. The website AND catalog say 25 minimum for chicks. The change they have in the catalog only is for ducks or geese the min. is 2.

two answers... local sources like breeders/farms/feed stores... and http://www.mypetchicken.com - there are probrably more, but this one I know for sure. I got Delawares from them... super nice people and the birds were very good quality and health.

My local Agway will let me special order chicks; you might want to check with your local feed stores.

Cackle will let you order as few as 5.

Please note that MyPetChicken will send 3 chicks ...only if you live in a major city. They will send you 5 if you live within 30 minutes of a major city, and so on. Meyers will send min of 3 but it is not cheap.

Put a note up at the feedstore and you will find someone. My friend did that and it worked out great.
I have found that most hatcheries do but on a fee for small orders.
I am trying to get a order for 2-4 ducks and so far it is going to be big $$$$$$. I just bid on the eggs so I am hoping I win since that is the cheapest yet.
