Where can I order???

Just buy straight run, for a lot less money, and dispose of the ones that turn out to be roosters.

Or better yet, find a local serious breeder and buy a trio of juveniles. A breeder should be able to tells who is male and who is female by the time they are a couple of months old. A quality trio will be cheaper than a full box of chicks, plus shipping, then throwing away the males.

Bantams are too small to be sexed safely. That's why nobody does it. It has nothing to do with disposing of the excess males. Hatcheries dispose of excess males all day long, of all their breeds. There is no reason they would balk at disposing of excess bantams.

Ideal is in Texas so if your getting chicks this winter they wouldn't be crossing through any really cold states from Texas to Florida. I've had chicks shipped from Texas to Canada before and they arrived fine so the distance shouldn't be a problem.
