We got our first three from a local farmer, a RIR, a Barred Rock and a Buff Orpington. We lost Daisey, the Buff Orpington at about 9 1/2 weeks. Not really sure why, but she had not grown as much as the other two had since we got that at about 6 weeks old. She was never as active and always sleeping. The other two are 11 weeks old today! We also have 6 new babies from a local feed store (2 of each above breed) who will be two weeks old on monday!
