Where do i buy a good thermometer at?

They have thermometers in the reptile section in Pet Stores. I would buy a couple also buy a couple hygrometers also available at Pet Stores. They arn't real expensive and by having more than one at egg level you will know if temp is OK. They do sell digital ones on line but, I have found there is no way to calibrate them and for the money I like the reptile ones. You can calibrate the hygrometers - just do a search on the site for "how to calibrate a hygrometer" and it will bring up info.

Thanks i had thought about reptile thermometers but was unsure if they were accurate enough,i already have bought a dial hygrometer.

I bought 2 digital incubator thermometers that also show humidity and have a probe for $20.00 +. Not so accurate. I contacted the company to see how to fix them and was told really isn't possible.

They said if I pay postage I can return for new ones. Now I have stickers on each to remind me how much I need to add or subtract from what it is showing. The reptile ones I have are pretty close to acurate and much cheaper

I am a regular there. I have 2 stores within 10 minutes of home. It's Bad - I know the inventory better than some of the employees there LOL. They just stocked the Brooder Thermometer. I'll make sure the manager at the store (3 minutes from home) - stocks the one you got for next Spring and I will buy a couple. Thanks. CayleeMarie03
