Where do I look up zoning for chickens in Mira Mesa?

Try a local feed store. They often know. Sometimes you can contact fish and wildlife and they have the links.

ok thanks, yes that is true feed stores would be a great place to start! There are no chickens in my neighborhood that i am aware of, and we have an HOA (and i am renting) so i have no idea if it is aloud. My landlord is fine with anything as long as it doesnt violate the hoa or ruin his house lol
