Where do i put the PC fan in my 'bator?

what if you moved it over to the right some that way a little bit will but where the window part is but not fully and it wont be covering the vent hole?

if it were me i wouldn't worry about covering the vent hole since it will be a force air

and you will have another vent hole

Put it right there an if needed plug that vent. It wont hurt a thing. Still air needs more ventilation for the air to flow right. Forced air ant as reliant on where the vents are.

now, what way do i turn the fan? sucking air up? or blowing air down? i am getting some nice eggs in the mail soon and i just dont want to kill them!

...i have had NO luck with hatching!

...and so, if i dont kill them all in hatch.

..and when they start to lay and stuff..i will send you guys some eggs *if you want some*...thanks for all the help!

I added my fan right in the center covering the vent hole. I also have the fan blowing down on the eggs. I had great results 10 of 11. I have pics if u want me to email them to u of the fan. It was great stablizing the temps and humidity. Good luck.

Up or down, ether way works. Make sure to readjust the thermostat. It will probably be to high if you added the fan an didn't recheck the temp.

If I can ever figure out my 1588, perhaps I'll try and make my own and use it as a hatcher.
