Where do the small eggs from factory farms go?

When you go to the store to buy eggs, they are typically extra large and jumbo. The smallest I've ever seen were large. From my own experience with chickens of my own, I know that you do get smaller eggs sometimes that don't fit that criteria. I'm wondering where these go? I would assume it would go to like pre-made foods you buy in the box

Most peewee, small, medium, and all checked, rough shelled, or and all grade B eggs are sold as breaker eggs. Like the previous poster said these eggs end up as egg product in baked goods or MREs etc.
