Where do you buy quail egg cartons?

Very interested,are these the GQF ones,do they need a separate rack structure, are they all wire?,wire and wood?,can they be suspended, do you have pics, can they be shipped unassembled, ?

I hand bulid them, they are wood and wire, metal strap reinforced at all corners.

They are 24" X 36" X 13" inside height. the ceiling is OSB (similar to plywood) you would need to build a rack from 2X4's

a drop tray sits on top of each pen (except for the top one of course).

I have posted a photo somewhere, I'll try to repost it, it was not intended to show off the pen, but you can see them.

They could be shipped unassembled, but that would defeat the purpose, you can get the materials from your local builders supply

Each one takes 26 feet of frame wood (2X2) 1 sheet of 2' X 3' osb, two hinges, 1 catch and 8 feet of 1/2 X 1/2" X24" wide wire.

$65.00 is too cheap, but I don't go around selling pens, I'll sell the occasional one to help out someone in need.

If demand were high, I'd set up a shop to produce them.

(most of the lumber visible in this shot was milled by me on a sawmill that I built)
