Where do you buy wood chips?

Tractor supply, your local feed mill (come in a plastic bag bale for horses) or a saw mill.

Which side of Philly do you live on? If you go a little ways out in any direction you can hit a feed store (anyhow there USED to be a reasonable # of feed stores outside of the city, and there's still enough horses around I'd think there problly still are? I grew up in Montgomery County but haven't actually lived there for like 25 yrs) (Actually, my parents sometimes buy birdseed from a feed store up in Souderton, if you're ever up that way)

Feed stores are usually cheaper than pet stores.

Thanks everyone. I've got it now!

Last year I did try wood chips from a friend but there was too much sawdust which I want to avoid.

I'm in Flourtown, just outside Chestnut Hill and think that I'll make a few phone calls to the stores everyone has suggested and then take a ride!
