Where do you get your DE?

All the places around here only have the kind with pesticides in it. Not food grade DE.

We have a builder's supply in town that surprisingly sells it and it is food grade, but I usually order it online:

I get mine from an old-fashioned locally owned feed store. They order it in for me, since they don't move much of it.

Get in good with your local business owners; they're much more likely to help you source odd things than the big guys

When I lived in AZ the feed stores carried it but not in UT where I live now. I found someone who sells it locally. I considered buying it on line but the shipping was more than the DE for a 50lb bag. I know that Jeffers carries it in smaller bags so the shipping is more reasonable.

We get ours at a Fifth Season Gardening Co in Asheville. There's different locations of that store around, check for local organic garden supply and/or feed stores. There's also someone towards Charlotte that carries it and they will ship also.
