Where is Mcmurray hatchery ?

I want to keep some chickens, I want to know where is Mcmurray hatchery based ??and is it good enough to buy some chicks from ?

min order is 25~ Click there link up top. If it's close do it but heat is killing shipments of chicks this time of year. there is also www.meyerhatchery.com amd www.mypetchicken.com that have min order of 3. I would try local breeders , CL and feed stores. Summer is HOT!

McMurray Hatchery is in Iowa. I got a shipment from them in July with no problems (and I'm all the way down in Texas.)

Well, JM Hatchery is in PA, but they are rather more specialized.

No, they don't have branches. It isn't too far to have them ship to you. Mypetchicken is in CT. Meyer is in Ohio.

Or you can look for a local breeder if you want to pick them up.

They (McMurray) shipped 26 chicks to me on the 29th of June. It was plenty hot and I only lost one chick in shipment.
