He should sue the illegals, mexico and his state for not destroying his proberty and the time spend rounding them up. Mexico should also pay for having his proberty fenced in . What grounds do they have to sue him? It is legal to make a citizens arrest and to my knowledge littering is a misdemeanor and crossing the border illegally hopefully a felony. I know there is a reason why i dont want to live anywhere close to a border. BTW I am a legal immigrant and spend month and many dollars to get here. I am not here for the money but for my DH. I would have better health,dental and social services and insurances in germany. Heck i woul get money for each child every month. Better stop now before my blood pressure gets to high. One more thing they need to build a wall now.

You are correct. I edited my first post. I read too fast and when I saw punitive damages my mind read criminal charges..... Don't ask.
