Where NOT to get Quail/Quail Eggs

I know there’s a couple threads addressing this but I thought it’d be informative to make one right now, feel free to add on/rant about bad quail suppliers!

STROMBERGS-
What I ordered- 20+ eggs ordered, supposed to be bobwhites
What I got- 4 actual hatching chicks, only 3 survived, 2 males and one female, only 6 total eggs actually fertilized, cortunix and not bobwhites

Also, was given the wrong receipt, stating the incorrect name, address, type of bird and amount. Company insisted that I received all bobwhites. The eggs were clearly cortunix, as were the actual birds. I called them three different times and they insisted that unless none of the birds had hatched, they couldn’t refund me.
