I'm glad your hen came back. When one of mine disappeared, she was gone for good! (it was a young pullet and I'm pretty sure my neighbor's dog got her.)

Chiken Person - I have been wanting to get the bator together for awhile now, and finally found the time (and a few bucks for the last few pieces that I needed). Guess it was just in time.

Jahphotogal- When she was gone, another thought I had was that a hawk swooped down and picked her up. There were no feathers or anything around. But I'm glad she's back
