Where should I buy ducklings/eggs?

I've looked online and seen different sites bit they are so expensive! I do like seeing them in person but, some breeds are not available at someplace. At this point in time 5/30/2025 I have 1 perken, 2 mallards, and 2 Kiki Campbell or how ever you spell it. I would like to get the perken a hen for him.

If you are looking for a single female duck of a specific breed you may need to find a local breeder, watch your local sales. It is a bit expensive to buy hatching eggs or ducklings as they have to be shipped, but they should be what you ordered, and clean of diseases. You may find something locally less expensive. You can check for swap meets and bird auctions, but you never know what you are going to get.

Itching from your own flock is the cheapest way, but than you have to deal with the extra males.
