Where should I locate my feeder - inside the coop or out?

Help! Chicks are about to move outside to their new coop and run and I'm not sure where I should put feeder(s) - inside the coop, or out in the run only? They'll have water in both places. Any advice on what works best would be great. Thanks!

I have food & water in both..... and

I put my feeder inside so it doesn't get soggy when it rains. I also want the girls to eat bugs and stuff in the run, but I also throw out some feed too, but I didn't want to keep a feeder out there.

If protected from the elements, I'd say put it in the pen, not the coop cause the more food in the coop, the more likelihood for pests, and predators.
