Where to buy fertile eggs?

Aside from this board and ebay where else do you all buy fertile eggs? I have heard mixed reports about ebay regarding not getting what you thought you were getting. Is there another board or list somewhere I have not found?

The only thing I can think of is to buy them from a breeder. Also hatcheries will sell eggs too.
