Where to buy oyster shells

Where can I purchase crushed or ground oyster shell. 'MY local feed stores do not carry them. I'm missing this in offering to my girls.

How do I know if they need to be wormed?

I buy mine at Tractor Supply Co.
If they have worms their wattles and comb will get pale. I worm mine with Diotamaceous Earth which I also get at TSC. I treat before they ever get the worms, just to be sure.

Are you feeding layer ration? If so, the calcium content is intended to provide sufficient calcium for actively laying birds (though I would still error on the side of caution and offer it if *I* were to use layer ration for my birds).
Any retail feed/seed type store should have it or, if not actively carry, be able to order it in for you.
