Where to find chicks here?

I live in the Philippines, I plan to get a Silkie, Australorp, or Rhode Island Red, but I keep on searching where to get them, there's only broilers in every feed store. Please help me, I have a brooder and many things prepared, I just don't have the actual chicks.

Do you know of anyone who can ship some hatching eggs or day old chicks to Palau? I’m especially interested in Buff Orpington’s but would like any docile layers . We have no local hatcheries here but are less than 2 hrs by plane from PI.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
