Where to find fantails?

So I'm getting into pigeons new and I've done alot of research on them and have talked to many people with them including someone that runs a pigeon rescue and I was wondering what the best place to get fantail was? I know stormbergs has them but I don't like how vague their shipping dates are and I found another site that had a minimum of 8, i am looking to just get a pair at least to start with and to my knowledge there are no local breeders near me, thanks

Craigslist is arguably the best place to find local pigeons for sale. If there’s no listings right now, I would check Facebook or do some searches for pigeon clubs in your area. There may even be a pigeon show occurring soon nearby. Most of the pigeons I’ve purchased have been this way, although I did get one online. If you’re looking for a seller with fast and reliable shipping, I recommend whiteracers.com , I had an excellent experience with Dennis. The site mostly has racing homers but there are fancies like silkies up sometimes

I bought my fantails from Strombergs and it was easy and yes the shipping is kind of last minute and they give you an arrival window. But it still went smoothly and they are heathy and happy birds
