Where to find good quality Orpingtons?

I am looking to start breeding Orpingtons, Chocolate and Jubilee mainly, possibly Lavender, and need to know where to get good starter birds. Full fluff, and nice personality, good layers, etc. Would like to keep it under $40 per bird. I am willing to buy from one of the major hatcheries if their birds are good quality.

Meyers hatchery looks to have all 3 available and at decent prices. I've heard good things about them as well from others. Their Jubilee is more on the expensive side, though you can mix and match the number of chicks you purchase
