Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of the cheapest place to get a tub for a brooder tank for my week old chicks. Right now im just using a box but ill need something bigger as they grow. Thanks!

Storage totes work well, without a closed in lid of course. I’d get the biggest one you can find because chicks will grow fast!

It comes in 8x4 sheets. I use two sheets folded in half lengthways and bent round to form a ring, held together with bulldog clips. It’s about £3 a sheet and can be disinfected afterwards reused many times and adjusted as your chicks grow. The bulldog clips also secure the netting as it hooks over them. Perfect solution and the best I’ve found.

Any chance they can go straight out to the coop if you have one built?
