I'VE BEEN LOOKING 4EVRRRRRRRR. I could not find a single homer pigeon pair for sale in NYC!!! Any ideas? Thanks!!

No constructive input unfortunately as I don't know a breeder that way...

some pet stores have them and auctions there try npausa.com there you should find the a.u. racing club in America also the i.f. even try feed stores craigslist
