    Hi Everyone,
Newbie here! I love my girls...2 RIR, 2 BR, 1 EE and 1 Buff Orp. They are 2 months and are in their coop. I'm not sure how and where to put feed and H20. I'm thinking about hanging a 10lb. Feed but how can I place the water so it doesn't get too many shavings in it? Do I hang in between the roosts or at one end of the coop? They semi free range all day and we don't have an enclosed run yet.
So much great information on this website so thanks to everyone for that! Have a great Memorial Day!

With my water I have a lid off of a 55 gallon drum and I place it on the floor and then put the water containers on top of it. But every time you refill the water make sure to relocate the lid because it will possibly harbor wet shavings and other nasties. But with the drum lid on the floor and the smaller water container its harder to get bedding in the water. I hope this helps. [IMG][IMG]
