Where to process birds in New Jersey

I just had one of my roos attack me from behind and he left a puncture wound and a welt. He's history...

Does anyone know of someone in New Jersey that will process him for me? I've been toying with the idea of getting some meat chickens but, to be honest, I just don't think I'm ready to try and process a bird myself. If I can find someone I'd be a little more amenable to getting those meat birds and this guy just p-----'d me off enough for him to be the first.

I can't find anyone to process him for me, so is there anyone who would be willing to buy him??? I'd like only $5 or he's off to the auction. He's a big Partridge Rock and looks delicious!!!
