which antibiotic to use?

Our local feed store does not carry Tylan of any kind. They do carry Lincomycin and Sulmat. My hen has a bubbly eye and labored breathing....will either of these work?

It looks like Lincomycin is similar to Tylan, but affects a broader spectrum of bacteria.
