It's kind of hard to tell from the pics you posted....really need good conformation shots (from the side and front) standing naturally. But, I will say that I prefer a roo with NO copper coloring in his chest. It's always hard to choose, isn't it?

yes it is. I am trying to pick the best one and I have no idea as eveyone likes something different. I have 10 roo's and it is so hard to figure it out.

I don't anything about BCM's but I would pick the first one over the second one, because of the comb falling over on the second one.

I agree the first one, for comb reasons as well and I like the coloring better as well.

do you know what color egg they came from? becuase I would also take that into account. I am no expert though not even in the same ball park

wait is there a third bird? the last one may be the best, its hard to tell with the pics. profile and front shots would be better

unload the one with the black ear feathers. He will get you a high percentage of pullets that do not color out copper on their necks. Don't know why that is, but I will never use one like that ever again.
