Which breed for 4h poultry chain

Hi!!! This is my second year in the poultry chain. Last year I had Wyandottes and Dominique's. I'm trying to decide between the Delaware's and the New Hampshires. I'm trying to find which is the most calm and easy to train.
So if you have any preference between the breeds or suggestions plz let me know. Thanks !!!

I don't know about Delawares, having never had any myself, but I know that my New Hampshire is extremely docile and friendly. She'll let me go right up to her and pick her up. That being said, I once had a NH rooster who was the nastiest chicken I've ever had. His name was Goliath and it was a very fitting name.

Oh, then you won't have to worry about that. Hopefully someone with some knowledge of Delawares will offer some input.
