I have gotten 3 of these speckled eggs in the last 5 days. All 3 have been fairy and it has to be from my young group. I have: frizzle cochin bantams, non frizzle Cochin bantam, silkie bantam, sultan, rir, Brahma, white and white crested polish, buff orps, campine and this girl (see pic), who is a "fun and funky" breed that I hatched from MPC eggs. They think she is a silky cross. I have it written, what they thought she was crossed with, but can't find it right now.

My guess by the color would be a RIR. Fairy eggs tend to be darker than a full sized egg due to the same amount of pigment being laid down on an egg no matter the size.

tiny eggs with no yolk. lots of different names for them. Usually they are the first eggs. I've only seen a couple out of my 29 hens and the few times I had gotten them, I only got 1. This is the first time the color was off so much as well as gotten 3 from the same girl

Oh, 2 of my 6 chickens (the ones that have laid yet, the other 4 are 30 weeks and still no eggs) both laid normal sized eggs for their firsts.

Not really.....can happen in any aged bird.
First eggs are often tiny, but have a proportionally sized yolk.
It can take days to weeks to months after onset of lay for pullet eggs to get bigger.

Fairy eggs are from a piece of tissue, or immature ova, breaking off in the reproductive system and the body forms the rest of the egg around it, so you'll see a tiny 'thing' instead of a yolk inside it. I think this video explains it: Egg Formation Video
