Which breed is most economical to feed? (pre egg order question)

Has anyone noticed if a certain breed seems to have a higher rate of egg production, etc., to feed ratio? Asking before I order eggs to incubate for some economically challenged folks in my area. Also, would you recommend this breed for a persons first attempt at hatching?

White Leghorns by far are the best feeders and economical to feed.

Orpingtons and Jersey Giants are the worse feeders, they are big birds and not very economical.

EEs are good in between.

Bantams are very good too! But not great in egg production.
