Which breed(s) of chicken do NOT have waterproof feathers?

Oh, wow I look really stuipid now. xD
I don't think waterproof was the right word for me to use.
I've noticed that most of the time when water drops onto my ISA brown's feathers they fall right off.
I read somewhere that silkie's feathers get wet easily.

They don't get wet easily, but once wet they take quite a while to dry.
