Which Breed

I am wondering what are the best breeds of quail. Ones that are quiet. How much space does on quail need.

Well I havent raised any quail yet but im getting a trio on sunday.I have been told by all the experts that coturnix are the easiest to start with.And also they only need 1sq ft of space for each bird.Some do more some do less though.
