Most bantams will do well with Silkies, but if you're going to sell eggs you probably need some standard sized breeds as bantams all lay small eggs. Some standard breeds that are calm and docile, and would probably mix okay with your Silkies are Australorps, Orpingtons, Cochins, Brahmas, Sussex, and Faverolles. Of these breeds Australorps are the best layers (they are the best layers of any standard, brown egg laying breed), and Cochins would be the poorest layers. The other breeds on this list are all pretty equal layers. Whatever breed you decide to get, good luck with your flock.
