Which broiler from welp

I am starting a small flock of meat birds with my kids. We did a few years ago and used the generic cornish x. They did just fine but wanting to try something a bit different.

We are looking to order from welp and am trying to decide between two. They have the red cornish that grow slower than the standard white. And they also have freedom rangers. What are the differences and what is recommended. We are looking for a good happy chickens that dont take a long time to grow out. Thanks for the help.

Just wondering, did you use them for meat or for eggs? Mine lays big healthy eggs, and they are now in an incubator. She is almost 2 years old, very healthy and big!
