There was a question, tonight, on Weakest Link that discussed this very topic. I don't remember the year, because I was only half-listening but the gist was that in 199X over half of the CDs produced were for AOL.

But are they 8-inch floppies, 5.25 inch floppies, single-sided single density, double-sided, double density, 3.5" standard or high-density. We had a "Displaywriter" with an 8-inch disk when I worked for Uncle Sam. Along with all the other obsolete technology, did anyone else ever use a "Nibble Notcher"?

Are you talking about the ticker tapes?

I did. We had to cut the tape, punch holes in it, then thread the tape and send them. And wait for a reply.
