From looking at pics of the “grass situation”, it seems like you live in pretty close quarters. That’s gonna be a huge change from 100 acre farm. If I had to leave my woods and go back to town, I’d cry my eyeballs out every day.New neighbours moving in today and they seem lovely! Had a quick chat with mom, Melissa, this morning. They came here from a 100 acre farm with their 3 kiddos 2, 9 and 16. And a dog and a cat, who haven't arrived yet

I have neighbors but they are tucked back further in the woods past my house. We share a driveway and the only time we hear them is the really big fights. Don’t much care for that.I couldn't ever do neighbors again.
We are very lucky. Most of the neighbours are great. Like the ones who snowblow my driveway in the winter and the ones who brought over their generator last month when we were without powerI couldn't ever do neighbors again.
Tired of fighting polar bears on the daily. I forget country life up there is much different than down here.We each have about 1/4 acre. They might have a bit more.
But it sounds like they wanted the kids to have people/other kids around rather than being out in the middle of nowhere
Lol probably not that much different. But I came out here from a Toronto suburb. So it feels very country to me.Tired of fighting polar bears on the daily. I forget country life up there is much different than down here.
