The only snake I would ever kill intentionally is a venomous one, and that only because of the kids. Snakes are generally beneficial so I try to leave them alone.

Actually, I would probably kill a snake I found in the chicken coop, too, regardless of what kind it was. Can't have it stealing eggs or chicks.

An acre is metric

1 metric acre = 60 meters x 60 meters

That would explain the odd 208’ part. We have lots of odd things like that though. Honest mistake I guess. 1 mile = 5,280’. So the acre thing doesn’t seem so far fetched.

But of course there has to be an imperial acre and a metric acre
