Nebula doesn't strike me as any of those things either.

She's a deep feeler. All she wanted was a sister, all she wanted was love and acceptance from her father, and when she didn't get either of those things she didn't toughen up like gamora did, she basically crumbled internally. Gamora was able to move on but Nebula couldn't.
Also, in the way she treats the rest of the avengers (and the way she regards Thanos) in Endgame I see way more love and empathy than she showed in any other marvel movie.
