Its all good.. this is just the first year that I am having health issues with my flock. Luckily I catch the issue in time but it is stressful all the same. Not to mention chicks dying.. which is a first as well. Been a crazy year so far.

Probably from the rooster.. he is aggressive! I need to make saddles of my poor ladies. Just a little overly concerned this year.
@Overo Mare thanks!

Well this group of chicks is half Easter Egger which isn't a true breed because it can be a bunch of different breeds that have certain characteristics. And they are known for muffs, headpoofs, or beards. And the dad is half silkie, so all of these chicks are 1/4 silkie and silkies are fluffy, headpoofs and feathered legs.
You will see tons of variety when you hatch eggs like this.
Here's the dad with one of my Easter eggers. None of my Easter eggers have muffs or beards, but a few of them have the head poof.

The comb on that boy...😬

I have to admit, I'm not a fan of combs in general, and the larger the more they skeev me out

I think the immunity from the allergy shots I got years ago must have waned. I've noticed the past couple of years that I've been feeling the allergies more and more, and these past few days have been as bad as anything I ever experienced. I might have to see about doing them again
