I would agree. He'd report something super illegal/nasty like XX link spamming or videos of blatant abuse of animals, stuff we'd all report. But he's not going to report something just because someone disagrees with him or he finds something offensive. On the flip side, I'm sure there are plenty of members who would report HIM at the drop of a hat because he said something shocking and it made them stop and think for more than a second. Because people can't just walk away.
