His friend was on my bathrobe the night before. It's been so dry all the animals are acting fools. Invertebrates in the house to find moisture, raccoons getting caught in traps in the middle of the day, coyotes attacking livestock at 3:30 in the afternoon, eating roadkill at 5:15 when I drove past one about an eighth of a mile from the house yesterday. Texas is nuts right now.
