What lags specifically? Left hind?

Yes. And it's the right hind foot that's missing.
I'm not sure if they just never developed, or if a predator tried to eat him, but they look healed up.

Don't ever take numbers for granted. Anything can happen. Always have spares just incase. If you're breeding. If its just a mixed flock I guess it doesn't matter much
