Whats the difference between child size / toddler size ?? I know men and women have different sizing standards, and kids sizes .. are kids, but there's a toddler breakout too?

Western boots are a fashion statement in New Orleans, lately. I have been wearing them since I was 12 and bought my first pair in a secondhand store in North Carolina.
No mine are more traditional, black iguana
