I was working from home today

I cleaned out my office a few weeks ago as we've gone perm WFH. Unfortunately that means my home office is now more cluttered. But the tradeoff of clutter for never having to back to the office to do my job (or put on pants if I don't want to) is one I'll take every time.

No, Director. My seniors report up to me through their managers. My directs are all managers or team leads for teams not large enough to have managers. I report to the CTO.
