We were torn between vizslas and weims. Price won out and we got ThorI personally think they’re very beautiful dogs and would love to have a pair of hairless females if I could…The only thing that sucks is that it gets really cold here during wintertime so the breed isn’t very suitable for me. I have been thinking about getting some Vizsla pups instead though. We’ll see…

My sister had an unaltered male chessie bay. Never once did he pee inside. That dog was the epitome of good dogs. The kind of dog you can trust, no matter what. Always had the kid's backs, very well behaved with other dogs and strangers. The dog you want with you when the shtf. RIP AlexIf they are neutered before they learn to mark it helps tremendously. Some males are more prone than others. But if they haven’t been altered I can guarantee they are tinkling on stuff in the house. So annoying.
The only issue I’ve had with females, is with young dachshunds. They have exists me bladders and will tinkle when they get excited or scared. After three or four that usually stops.
